Our Organic Nicaraguan coffee is grown by a group of small holder coffee producers who are a part of the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Multisectorial Sagrada Familia R.L. They have produced this Nicaragua Sagrada Familia SHG EP organic coffee in San Juan del rio Coco on the border of the Nueva Segovia and Madriz regions.
The cooler temperatures at higher elevation during nightfall, help to slow the maturation time of the coffee cherry giving the coffee its delicate flavours.
