The region is set in chain of volcanoes called the Isaños which is where the coffee belt of Guatemala is situated, with the Huehuetenango region producing the most coffee in the country. The volcanic soil and the high altitudes give the coffee its beautiful aromas and flavour.

This Yirgacheffe bean from Sidamo region of Ethiopia is grown near the shore of lake Abaya which gives its name to the nearby town. Growing at higher elevations between 1700m – 2200m the coffee grows at a slower rate, allowing greater time for the tree to deliver more nutrients so the bean develops better flavours.

Our Organic Nicaraguan coffee is grown by a group of small holder coffee producers who are a part of the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Multisectorial Sagrada Familia R.L.
They have produced this Nicaragua Sagrada Familia SHG EP organic coffee in San Juan del rio Coco on the border of the Nueva Segovia and Madriz regions. The cooler temperatures at higher elevation during nightfall, help to slow the maturation time of the coffee cherry giving the coffee its delicate flavours.

This Honduran Organic Decaf is grown at altitudes between 1500m and 2000m in the Marcala region which is one of the best climates for producing great tasting coffee. The Swiss Water decaffeination process is used to help the coffee keep it flavor and it is a 100% sustainable process that uses no chemicals.
Our light roast Costa Rican coffee is perfect if you brew your coffee with a filter or french press. The subtle aromas of molasses and mandarin flower are best as a black coffee.
